How long is the lease I sign?

GRE offers flexible leasing options to our residents. Leases are available from 6 months up to one year, but rates are adjustable based on the length of your lease term. Tenants who sign one year leases get the best price. Please call 309-692-7155 for more information regarding the options available to you.

Can I see an apartment before I apply for it?

Of course! Contact our main office and we will arrange a convenient time to show any available vacant apartment. This will give you an opportunity to inspect the apartment first hand.

Are there any appliances included with an apartment?

Yes, all of our properties include a refrigerator, stove, and air conditioning. Except for our properties on Scenic Drive, all units also have a garbage disposal in each apartment.

When is rent due each month?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. We have a drop box located at our rental office for your convenience. While any rent received after the first of the month is considered late, we extend a 5 day grace period before we assess any late charges.

What qualifying procedures are involved in renting from GRE?

Any applicant over the age of 18 can qualify by filling out an application, available from this website or the rental office, and providing proof of income documents. We charge $35.00 to check credit, background, and prior evictions for all adults living in the unit.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately that is not an easy question to answer. Some of our properties, however, are pet friendly. The fees for pets vary depending on the type of pet. Please contact one of our leasing agents to discuss the possibilities.
